Programa do Imposto de Renda será liberado nesta quinta

O programa gerador da Declaração do Imposto de Renda Pessoas Física 2015 será liberado na nesta quinta-feira (25) no site da Receita Federal. A Instrução Normativa que aprovou o programa este ano foi publicada nesta quarta-feira (24) no Diário Oficial da União.
Para enviar a declaração, o contribuinte deverá usar o Receitanet, que poderá também ser baixado do site, onde estarão disponíveis as configurações mínimas dos computadores que executarão o programa.
Embora possa instalar os programas no computador, o contribuinte só conseguirá enviar a declaração no dia 1º de março. As pessoas que enviarem as informações nos primeiros dias do prazo terão a chance de receber a restituição, caso tenham direito, nos primeiros lotes, que devem ser liberados a partir de 15 de junho. Têm prioridade, ainda, contribuintes com mais de 60 anos e quem tem alguma deficiência física ou mental ou moléstia grave. O prazo termina no dia 29 de abril.
O comprovante de rendimento para o trabalhador preencher a declaração terá que ser entregue pela fonte pagadora, pessoas físicas e jurídicas, até o dia 29 de fevereiro.
Quem deve declarar
Estão obrigadas a entregar a declaração este ano, as pessoas físicas que ganharam, em 2015, R$ 28.123,91 em rendimentos tributáveis. Isso equivale a R$ 2.343,66 por mês, excluindo o décimo terceiro salário, que tem tributação própria.
Devem declarar, ainda, o Imposto de Renda Pessoa Física quem recebeu rendimentos isentos, não tributáveis ou tributados exclusivamente na fonte, acima de R$ 40 mil em 2015; quem obteve, em qualquer mês do ano passado, ganho de capital na venda de bens ou fez operações no mercado de ações; quem tem patrimônio individual acima de R$ 300 mil e proprietários rurais que obtiveram receita bruta acima de R$ 140.619,55.
O contribuinte pessoa física que não entregar a declaração no prazo pagará multa de 1% do imposto devido por mês de atraso ou de R$ 165,74, prevalecendo o maior valor. A multa máxima equivale a 20%, caso o contribuinte atrase a entrega por 20 meses.
O supervisor do Imposto de Renda, Joaquim Adir, estima que 28,5 milhões de contribuintes deverão enviar à Receita Federal a declaração . O número representa crescimento de 2,1% em relação ao ano passado.
