O resultado do processo seletivo do Fundo de Financiamento Estudantil (Fies) para o primeiro semestre de 2017 será divulgado nesta segunda (13). Os estudantes poderão consultar a lista dos candidatos pré-selecionados na chamada regular, bem como a lista de espera, no site do programa e na instituição em que fez a inscrição. Nesta edição, são ofertados 150 mil financiamentos.
Os estudantes classificados com base no número de vagas do curso serão pré–selecionados na chamada única. Os demais, não pré–selecionados, serão automaticamente incluídos em lista de espera.
A partir desta terça (14), até o dia 20, os estudantes da chamada única deverão concluir a inscrição no SisFies. Para os que ficaram na lista de espera, o prazo para concluir a inscrição é o dia 3 de março.
O Fies oferece financiamento a estudantes em cursos de instituições privadas de ensino superior. A taxa efetiva de juros do programa é de 6,5% ao ano. O percentual de financiamento é definido de acordo com o comprometimento da renda familiar mensal bruta per capita do estudante. O candidato deve ter renda familiar mensal de até três salários mínimos por pessoa.
Neste semestre, o governo reduziu o teto do financiamento aos estudantes. O limite mensal do Fies passou de R$ 7 mil para R$ 5 mil.
A oferta de vagas do programa dá prioridade aos cursos de engenharias, formação de professores e áreas de saúde. Além das áreas prioritárias, o programa valoriza os cursos com melhores índices de qualidade em avaliações do Ministério da Educação.
Para participar é preciso ter tirado pelo menos 450 pontos na média das provas do Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (Enem) e não ter zerado a redação.
