O evento reúne especialistas para debater o cenário, o desenvolvimento do setor e políticas para impulsionar o setor, abordando temas como energias renováveis, geração distribuída, cadeia do petróleo e gás, tecnologias e inovação para a transformação energética, financiamentos, entre outros.
A palestra de abertura será ministrada pelo diretor do Departamento de Desenvolvimento Energético do Ministério de Minas e Energia, Luís Fernando Badanhan, que falará sobre o “Planejamento Energético Brasileiro – Perspectivas e Oportunidades”, destacando tendências e soluções para o setor energético brasileiro.
Importantes nomes do setor, como o diretor na Câmara de Comércio e Indústria Brasil-Alemanha, Phillip Hahn; o especialista em Regulação na Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica (Aneel), Daniel Vieira; o gerente de Desenvolvimento e Comercialização de Negócios de Energia da BR Distribuidora, Rodrigo Calado; e o especialista em Regulação da Agência Nacional do Petróleo, Luciano Gusmão Veloso; são palestrantes no evento.
“Nosso objetivo é apresentar o cenário do setor de energia no Brasil e no Espírito Santo, e colocar em debate temas que vêm sendo discutidos, como o aumento das fontes renováveis na matriz elétrica, o desafio ao estímulo da geração distribuída, etc”, destaca Tereza Romero, diretora do grupo que promove o evento.
Setor de Gás em pauta
O cenário e o desenvolvimento setor de Gás no Espírito Santo será tema de um painel no Fenergia. O assunto será apresentado pelo especialista em Regulação da Agência Nacional do Petróleo (ANP), Luciano Gusmão Veloso, e pelo diretor da Gas Energy, Ricardo Pinto, com a coordenação do diretor da Agência de Regulação de Serviços Públicos do Espírito Santo (ARSP), Júlio Castiglione.
A participação percentual do gás natural disponível no Espírito Santo em relação ao Brasil reduziu de 18,2% para 16,4% no ano de 2015 em relação a 2014. O setor também sofreu uma queda no consumo que chegou a 4,1% no período, segundo o Balanço Energético do Estado.
Oportunidades geradas pela Energia Renovável no caso de Pernambuco
Primeiro estado a abrigar um parque híbrido de energia renovável no Brasil, unindo a geração de energia solar com a eólica, o caso de Pernambuco será apresentado pelo secretário executivo de Energia do Estado, Pedro Cavalcanti. Juntos, duas usinas fotovoltaicas e um parque eólico são capazes de gerar 340 gigawatt-hora por ano, volume suficiente para abastecer 250 mil residências, sendo modelo de eficiência energética para todo o Brasil.
Cooperação Brasil-Alemanha
As perspectivas em relação à energia renovável no Brasil também serão apontadas pelo diretor na Câmara de Comércio e Indústria Brasil-Alemanha, Phillip Hahn, na palestra “A Cooperação Brasil-Alemanha para o Desenvolvimento Energético do Brasil”. O país europeu é hoje um dos que mais produz energia renovável, representando cerca de 30% da sua matriz energética. Desses, 13% é proveniente de energia eólia e 5,9% de solar fotovoltaica. No Brasil, a energia eólica representa 3,5% da matriz e a energia solar 0,01%, segundo dados da Empresa de Pesquisa Energética.
Segundo o Portal Brasil, as metas brasileiras para o acordo assinado em 2015 na Conferência da ONU sobre Mudanças Climáticas, a COP 21, objetivam ampliar de 28% para 33% o uso de energias renováveis (eólica, solar, biomassa e biocombustíveis) na matriz energética brasileira até 2030, além da energia hídrica.
Financiamento para o setor
Representantes do Banco do Nordeste e do Banco de Desenvolvimento do Espírito Santo (Bandes) irão tirar as dúvidas dos participantes do Fenergia sobre “Financiamento para Eficiência Energética e Energias Renováveis”. Eles participam de um painel, às 11h15, que terá a coordenação do ES em Ação.
