Taxistas de Vitória vão usar aplicativo próprio para concorrer com Uber

A Prefeitura de Vitória, o Ministério Público e  o Sindicato Profissional dos Motoristas de Táxi do Espírito Santo (Sindtavi-ES) assinaram um termo de ajustamento de conduta (TAC)  que possibilita que os taxistas cadastrados possam utilizar o aplicativo desenvolvido pelo sindicato como forma de encontrar usuários de corrida. Para isso, o aplicativo deverá possuir algumas características importantes, como cerca eletrônica, de maneira que as chamadas provenientes de um município sejam prioritariamente atendidas por taxistas daquele município.

Além disso, apenas taxistas cadastrados ou autorizados podem utilizar o aplicativo, que dará ao usuário a oportunidade de avaliar o motorista e o serviço prestado ao final de cada corrida.

Para o secretário de Transportes, Trânsito e Infraestrutura Urbana de Vitória, Oberacy Emmerich Júnior, toda a tecnologia que puder melhorar o atendimento aos usuários do serviço é bem-vinda. “Acreditamos que esse aplicativo vai ajudar os usuários de táxis, facilitando e melhorando o acesso a esse serviço”, afirmou.

O aplicativo “Seu táxi” já está disponível no Google play e no App Store, além da página www.seutaxies.com.br.

Para estimular as pessoas a usar o novo aplicativo, todas as corridas terão um desconto de 25% se forem pedidas por ele. “Esse desconto é uma forma de estimular o uso do aplicativo. Mas o passageiro vai saber, ao solicitar a corrida, o valor estimado cobrado pelo taxímetro, com e sem o desconto. Com isso, o passageiro poderá comparar preços e decidir o que é melhor para ele”, explica João Vailati Fidencio, presidente do Sindtavi-ES.
