“Museus e histórias controversas: dizer o indizível em museus” é o tema da 15ª Semana de Museus, evento promovido pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Museus (Ibram), do Ministério da Cultura (Minc), que acontece em todo o país – de segunda-feira (15) a domingo (21) – em comemoração ao Dia Internacional de Museus, celebrado em 18 de maio.

Por aqui também haverá uma programação especial, inclusive em espaços administrados pela Secretaria de Estado da Cultura (Secult), que participa do evento desde a sua primeira edição em 2003. Neste ano, o evento obteve participação de 1.070 museus, em 485 cidades de todo o país.

A Semana Nacional de Museus possui o intuito de viabilizar ao grande público inúmeras atividades como visitas mediadas, palestras, oficinas, entre outras atividades. Sempre uma opção para todos os públicos, estas ações proporcionam aos visitantes uma nova perspectiva da arte, além de exibir conhecimento e história. Veja aqui a programação.
