Semana do Consumidor: Procon-ES atenderá nos terminais e na Rodoviária

Para comemorar o Dia Internacional do Consumidor (15/03) , o Procon-ES realizará atendimento aos consumidores nos terminais de Laranjeiras, Vila Velha, Jardim América e na Rodoviária de Vitória de terça (14) à sexta (17), das 9 às 17 horas. A equipe do Procon-ES levará aos consumidores orientações, esclarecimentos, registro de reclamação e distribuição de material educativo.

Para abertura de reclamação, é preciso que o consumidor tenha em mãos a Carteira de Identidade, o CPF, o comprovante de residência, além de documentos que possam comprovar a reclamação, como nota fiscal, ordem de serviço, faturas, comprovante de pagamento, contrato, boletos, entre outros.

A diretora-presidente do Procon-ES, Denize Izaita, explicou que por meio do Expresso Procon-ES, os consumidores poderão registrar reclamações sobre problemas com energia elétrica, água, telefonia celular e fixa, internet banda larga, compras pela internet, defeitos em produtos, financiamentos, cartões de crédito, crediário em lojas e outros problemas relacionados ao consumo.

“Esse projeto tem o objetivo de aproximar e facilitar o acesso do consumidor aos seus direitos, tendo em vista a dificuldade ou falta de tempo, algumas vezes, de se deslocar até a sede para registrar a reclamação. Também é uma excelente oportunidade de esclarecer as dúvidas dos consumidores”, informou a diretora.

Segundo o Regulamento dos Terminais, não é possível a gratuidade para pessoas que desejarem somente o atendimento do Procon-ES, com exceção de idosos maiores de 65 anos. O acesso à Rodoviária é livre.

Na quarta-feira (15), Dia Internacional do Consumidor, os Procons de todo o Brasil divulgarão os seus Cadastros de Reclamações Fundamentadas 2016. O documento apresenta o ranking de empresas nacionais e estaduais que mais desrespeitam os direitos dos consumidores e se os processos administrativos formulados a partir de reclamações foram ou não atendidos.
