reuniao_governo-gvnewsAs receitas de caixa do Poder Executivo Estadual registraram uma queda real de 13,4% entre janeiro e agosto, em relação ao mesmo período de 2015. A velocidade na queda de receitas vem sendo superior ao que aconteceu no ano passado e as rendas do petróleo continuam sendo o item de maior recuo, com queda real de 42,1%, acompanhadas pela perda nas transferências federais. Apesar da queda na receita, o estado teve um superávit primário de R$ 395 milhões no acumulado do ano até agosto (saldo entre receitas e despesas não financeiras do setor público consolidado), , informou o secretário de Estado da Fazenda (Sefaz), Paulo Roberto Ferreira, durante reunião do secretariado com o governador Paulo Hartung, nesta segunda (17).

Durante a reunião, o secretário destacou que, apesar do esforço do Governo para reduzir as despesas correntes, o Poder Executivo registrou um déficit no resultado de Caixa do Tesouro Estadual, até o mês de agosto de 2016, de R$ 120 milhões, refletindo a persistência da crise sobre as contas estaduais. Entretanto, Paulo Roberto Ferreira afirmou que esse déficit está suportado pelo superávit acumulado no final de 2015, no valor de R$ 138 milhões.

“Este ano está mais desafiador do que em 2015. Estamos arrecadando menos nominalmente, isso sem considerar a inflação, do que arrecadamos no ano passado. Trabalhamos para manter o equilíbrio da máquina pública e os principais elementos da despesa estão controlados e monitorados. Vamos ter que apertar um pouco mais para fecharmos o ano pagando as despesa em dia. Estou orgulhoso com o trabalho que estamos desenvolvendo, mas precisamos continuar neste ajuste. Precisamos estar muito atentos”, alertou o governador.

Paulo Hartung ressaltou a importância das instituições públicas do país atuarem com racionalidade e alinhadas com a realidade que o Brasil vivência.
