O programa gerador da Declaração do Imposto de Renda de 2017 já pode ser baixado no site da Receita Federal.
As declarações devem ser apresentadas entre o dia 2 de março e 28 de abril, pela internet. Segundo informações publicadas nesta quarta (22) no Diário Oficial da União, o serviço de recepeção da declaração será interrompido às 23h59m59s, no horário de Brasília, do último dia do prazo.
A declaração é obrigatória para quem recebeu rendimentos tributáveis superiores a R$ 28.559,70; quem recebeu rendimentos isentos, não tributáveis ou tributados exclusivamente na fonte, cuja soma foi superior a R$ 40 mil; quem obteve, em qualquer mês, ganho de capital na alienação de bens ou direitos sujeito à incidência do imposto, ou realizou operações em bolsas de valores, de mercadorias e de futuros.
No caso da atividade rural, deve declarar o contribuinte que tiver renda bruta superior a R$ 142.798,50; que pretenda compensar prejuízos do ano-calendário 2016 ou posteriores; ou que teve, em 31 de dezembro, a posse ou a propriedade de bens ou direitos, inclusive terra nua, de valor total superior a R$ 300 mil.
Restituições
A restituição do Imposto de Renda Pessoa Física será feita em sete lotes, entre junho e dezembro deste ano (conforme cronograma abaixo). O valor da restituição ficará à disposição do contribuinte na agência bancária indicada na declaração. Idosos, pessoas com alguma deficiência física ou mental ou com doença grave têm prioridade para receber a restituição.
Cronograma de restituições
1º lote: 16 de junho
2º lote: 17 de julho
3º lote: 15 de agosto
4º lote: 15 de setembro
5º lote: 16 de outubro
6º lote: 16 de novembro.
7º lote: 15 de dezembro
Receita pedirá e-mail e número de celular na declaração de IR deste ano
A Receita Federal passará a pedir e-mail e número de celular dos contribuintes na declaração do Imposto de Renda deste ano. O preenchimento dessas informações não será obrigatório. A Receita garante que os dados serão coletados somente para ampliar o cadastro e só serão utilizados com aviso prévio e autorização dos contribuintes. Segundo o supervisor do Imposto de Renda, Joaquim Adir, a Receita continua a não enviar e-mails para os contribuintes.
CPF de dependentes
Em entrevista para apresentar informações sobre a declaração deste ano, Adir disse ainda que, nos próximos anos, é possível que a Receita passe a exigir CPF de todos os dependentes de qualquer idade. Na declaração deste ano, dependentes com 12 anos ou mais devem ter o CPF informado. Em 2016, a idade para obrigatoriedade de apresentação do CPF era 14 anos. “Muitos cartórios já emitem a certidão de nascimento com o CPF. É uma garantia de identificação, facilita o trabalho de cruzamento”, argumentou.
A partir das 9h desta quinta (23), o programa de geração da declaração já poderá ser baixado pela internet, e o envio será liberado a partir das 8h do dia 2 de março. O prazo vai até as 23h59m59s (horário de Brasília) do dia 28 de abril.
Obrigatoriedade
Serão obrigados a declarar o Imposto de Renda Pessoa Física este ano aqueles que receberam rendimentos tributáveis, como de trabalho assalariado, proventos de aposentadorias, pensões, aluguéis e atividade rural, superiores a R$ 28.559,70; contribuintes que receberam rendimentos isentos, não tributáveis ou tributados exclusivamente na fonte, cuja soma foi superior a R$ 40 mil; quem realizou em qualquer mês do ano passado alienação de bens ou direitos em que foi apurado ganho de capital, sujeito à incidência do imposto ou fez operações em bolsas de valores, de mercadorias e de futuros; contribuintes com posse ou propriedade de bens ou direitos, inclusive terra nua, de valor acima de R$ 300 mil; quem passou à condição de residente no Brasil; contribuintes que optaram pela isenção do imposto sobre a renda incidente sobre o ganho de capital auferido na venda de imóveis residenciais, cujo dinheiro será usado na compra de imóveis no país no prazo de 180 dias.
Limites
O limite de rendimento isento para maiores de 65 anos é de R$ 24.751,74 (incluído o 13º) no ano (13 x R$ 1.903,98). O limite para o desconto simplificado é de vR$ 16.754,34, para despesas com instrução, de R$ 3.561,50, para dedução de dependentes, de R$ 2.275,08; e para a dedução da contribuição patronal paga em 2016 como empregador doméstico, de R$ 1.093,77.
Receitanet
Neste ano, não será preciso instalar o programa de envio da declaração em separado. O Receitanet foi incorporado ao programa gerador da declaração.
Depois da instalação do programa, liberado para download a partir das 9h desta quinta (23), as atualizações serão automáticas. Outra novidade é que, ao digitar ou importar nomes ou CPF/CNPJ, o sistema armazenará os dados para facilitar o preenchimento nos campos subsequentes. Essa funcionalidade poderá ser desativada em Menu – Ferramentas – Recuperação de Nomes.

When I originally left a comment I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on whenever a comment is added I receive 4 emails with the same comment. Is there an easy method you can remove me from that service? Thanks.
