A Orquestra Sinfônica do Espírito Santo (Oses) se apresenta nesta quarta (14) e quinta-feira (15) no Carlos Gomes. A regência será do maestro Leonardo David, com a participação dos solistas capixabas Wagner Souza, no Violino, e Renan Sena, no Trompete.

O repertório

Do compositor austríaco Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart será apresentado o Concerto para violino e orquestra n.º 4, com a participação do solista da orquestra Wagner de Souza. Do francês Jean-Baptiste Arban, será apresentada a célebre peça O Carnaval de Veneza, para trompete e orquestra, dessa vez com a participação do solista Renan Sena. Para finalizar o programa da noite, uma das mais conhecidas e importantes obras do alemão Felix Mendelssohn, a Sinfonia n.º 4, também chamada de Sinfonia Italiana.

A composição foi encomendada pela Sociedade Filarmônica de Londres, em 1832. Para escrevê-la, o alemão permaneceu em viagem à Itália por um longo tempo, visitando as cidades de Veneza, Bolonha, Florença, Roma, Milão e Nápoles. As belas lembranças dessa viagem foram responsáveis pela sinfonia, composta com entusiasmo e transbordante “alegria da Natureza”, segundo declarações do próprio Mendelssohn.
