CNT pede reabertura do programa de refinanciamento de dívida tributária

 Presidente da CNT, Clésio Andrade pede ao governo federal a reabertura do Refis, diante da grave crise na economia.

O presidente da Confederação Nacional do Transporte (CNT), Clésio Andrade, defende a reabertura do Programa de Recuperação Fiscal (Refis), previsto na lei federal nº 12.865/2013, ou a criação de algum programa equivalente. Um documento com esse pedido foi enviado na tarde desta quarta-feira (20.07) ao ministro da Fazenda, Henrique Meirelles, e também será encaminhado ao presidente interino Michel Temer. De acordo com Clésio Andrade, “em função da crise na economia, a situação das empresas brasileiras, especialmente das transportadoras, também se agravou bastante”, o que dificulta o cumprimento de todos os compromissos fiscais e tributários. “Para regularizar essa questão e para que o crescimento possa ser retomado, entendemos que o novo programa de recuperação fiscal é fundamental”, afirma Clésio Andrade. No documento encaminhado ao governo federal, a CNT expõe o problema enfrentado atualmente. Conforme dados do IBGE, o setor de transporte recuou mais de 7% no primeiro trimestre de 2016. “Qualquer ação do governo que venha mitigar a quitação de débitos perante o fisco representará ganhos substanciais para a manutenção do equilíbrio econômico financeiro das empresas do setor”, diz.
