Seguro-desemprego: trabalhador vai agendar atendimento pela internet

A Agência Municipal do Trabalhador de Vitória (Sine de Vitória) vai passar a atender o profissional que precisa dar entrada no seguro-desemprego por agendamento on-line. A nova modalidade, pela internet, começa a funcionar nesta terça (2).

Para agendar basta acessar http://agendamento.vitoria.es.gov.br/, escolher o item “Trabalhador” e, em seguida, “Seguro-desemprego”. Depois, clicar em “Próximo” e seguir o passo a passo. Será preciso fornecer o nome completo, o CPF e um número de telefone. Serão disponibilizados 60 agendamentos por dia.

No dia marcado, o trabalhador, para dar entrada no processo e ter acesso ao seguro-desemprego, deverá comparecer à Agência Municipal do Trabalhador, que funciona na rua Amélia da Cunha Ornelas, 295, edifício Helenus, em Bento Ferreira.

Na ocasião, é preciso levar os seguintes documentos originais: Carteira de Trabalho; Carteira de Identidade; CPF; requerimento de seguro-desemprego via web (fornecido pela empresa); Termo de Rescisão do Contrato de Trabalho (TRCT) e termo de quitação ou homologação; comprovante de saque do FGTS ou extrato analítico da conta do FGTS; comprovante de escolaridade e de residência.

Facilidade

“Com o novo formato, o trabalhador terá mais conforto porque será atendido no dia e no horário estipulados no momento do agendamento on-line, evitando filas sem necessidade”, destacou o secretário municipal de Turismo, Trabalho e Renda, Leonardo Krohling.

Ainda de acordo com o secretário, nos últimos meses, houve aumento no número de atendimentos do seguro-desemprego. “Com o agendamento eletrônico, vamos melhorar ainda mais o atendimento para essas pessoas que perderam o emprego e estão procurando receber os seus direitos”, pontuou.

Os demais Sines da Região Metropolitana da Grande Vitória também adotam diferentes tipos de agendamento para atendimento.

O seguro é um benefício de assistência financeira temporária oferecido ao trabalhador que ficou desempregado. Ele varia de acordo com a faixa salarial e pode ser pago em até cinco parcelas, conforme o tempo de trabalho do beneficiário.

Na Agência Municipal do Trabalhador, a documentação é analisada por um atendente e, estando corretas as informações, é encaminhada para a habilitação do seguro. Cada caso é analisado com base nos critérios para concessão do benefício estipulados pelo Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego (MTE). Em caso de deferimento, define-se o valor mensal e por quanto tempo o trabalhador receberá o benefício.
