De sábado (06) até quarta-feira (10), os Parques Estaduais, gerenciados pelo Instituto Estadual de Meio Ambiente e Recursos Hídricos (Iema), estarão abertos para visitação do público. Quem quiser fugir da folia irá encontrar belos passeios entre dunas, lagoas e cachoeiras. Eles abrem às 8 horas e fecham às 17 horas.
Na Região Norte do Estado, é possível visitar as dunas do Parque Estadual de Itaúnas, em Conceição da Barra. As praias, entre elas a de Riacho Doce, também compõem o território da unidade. Já na Região Sul, há o Parque da Cachoeira da Fumaça, em Alegre, com uma queda d’água de 144 metros de altura, onde é possível tomar banho.
Os que procurarem por um clima mais ameno irão encontrar como opção o Parque Estadual da Pedra Azul, em Domingos Martins. Sua paisagem é um dos cartões-postais mais famosos do Estado. E pertinho de Vitória, Capital do Estado, está o Parque Estadual Paulo Cesar Vinha, em Guarapari, onde as pessoas poderão se divertir nas praias e na Lagoa de Caraís.
Além disso, alguns Parques possuem trilhas que podem ser autoguiadas, ou seja, não precisam da presença de um guia para serem percorridas.

– Parque Estadual Cachoeira da Fumaça (PECF)
O parque é famoso pela sua exuberante queda d’água de 144 metros de altura, que dá nome à unidade. Os visitantes podem se banhar na cachoeira e participar das trilhas autoguiadas, ou seja, sem a presença de um guia, e se encantar com as cascatas e corredeiras ao longo do rio que corta o parque. Sua flora é bem representada pelos jacarandás-de-espinho e a fauna por animais em extinção como a lontra.
A unidade conta com monitores ambientais credenciados para as trilhas para quem não quiser fazer por conta própria. Os interessados devem agendar previamente pelo telefone (28) 9 9942-5658.

Localização: Alegre e Ibitirama, na Região Sul.

– Parque Estadual da Pedra Azul (Pepaz)
A Pedra Azul, que dá nome ao parque é uma formação de granito e gnaisse de 1.822 metros de altura. Curiosamente a ação de eventos naturais esculpiu parte da rocha em forma de lagarto. O Parque possui uma trilha autoguiada na base da Pedra Azul, porém é recomendável que o visitante ligue antes para o Parque (27 3248-1156) para checar se há disponibilidade para o trajeto pois há limite para a visitação tendo em vista que trata-se de terreno acidentado.
Para outras trilhas, há monitores ambientais disponíveis por meio do telefone (27) 99739-8005.
Localização: Domingos Martins, Região Serrana.
Horário: 8 horas às 17 horas. Passeios, 9h30 ou 13h30.

– Parque Estadual de Itaúnas (PEI)
O parque é conhecido por suas belezas naturais: a área de alagado, as dunas, as praias e o Rio Itaúnas. Além disso, na Vila de Itaúnas é possível realizar passeios diferenciados (bicicleta e caiaque) com o Grupo de Condutores Ambientais, o agendamento é pelo telefone (27) 99635-5583.
As trilhas para as dunas e as praias são de fácil acesso e é possível realizar passeios autoguiados.
Localização: Conceição da Barra, Vila de Itaúnas. Região Norte.
Funcionamento: Das 8 horas às 17 horas.

– Parque Estadual Paulo Cesar Vinha (PEPCV)
O parque foi criado para proteger espécies de plantas e animais que estavam sendo ameaçadas pelo desmatamento e a extração de areia ilegal na região de Setiba, Guarapari. No parque há três lagoas, uma rica vegetação de Mata Atlântica litorânea com manguezais, mata de restinga, planícies cactáceas, entre outras.
Para realizar a descida até a lagoa deve-se chegar até as 15h30, ela é de fácil acesso e autoguiada, não precisa de agendamento prévio.
Já as trilhas monitoradas com o grupo de Condutores Ambientais do Parque Estadual Paulo Cesar Vinha para passeio de caiaque, devem ser agendadas previamente pelos telefones: (27) 99929-8479 e (27) 99837-2503.
Localização: Guarapari, Região Metropolitana.
Funcionamento: Das 8 horas às 17 horas.

– Parque Estadual do Forno Grande (PEFG)
O parque possui relevo montanhoso e culmina no Pico do Forno Grande, grande atrativo da região. Seu centro de visitantes oferece trilhas de fácil acesso que levam à cachoeira com queda d’água de aproximadamente 30 metros de altura, à Gruta da Santinha, aos Poços Amarelos e ao mirante.
O parque só recebe visitantes mediante agendamento prévio pelo e-mail pefg.iema@gmail.com. Os passeios são realizados de acordo com o número de pessoas.
Localização: Castelo, Região Sul.
– Parque Estadual de Mata das Flores (PEMF)
A unidade é marcada por sua rica biodiversidade. Sua flora é composta por espécies como Cedrelas, Cássicas, Bromélias e Palmáceas. Gaviões, tucanos, corujas, pacas, entre outros animais também habitam o parque. O principal atrativo do parque é a trilha com aproximadamente 900m de percurso.
O Parque só recebe visitantes mediante agendamento prévio.
