Depois de vencer três prêmios no Globo de Ouro, o filme que pode dar a Leonardo DiCaprio o primeiro Oscar de sua carreira estréia nesta quinta-feira (04) nos cinemas brasileiros. O drama é inspirado em fatos reais. O Regresso é o lançamento com maior circuito desta semana e estréia em 535 salas de cinema do país.

DiCaprio, favorito ao cargo de vencedor do Oscar de melhor ator em 2016, interpreta Hugh Glass, um homem que lidera um grupo de caçadores no oeste americano em 1822. Após ser severamente ferido por um urso, o homem é abandonado e saqueado por seus companheiros. Apesar da gravidade do ocorrido, Glass sobrevive e, diante de um ambiente natural completamente hostil, busca vingança.

A direção é do mexicano Alejandro González Iñárritu, diretor do premiado.
