Greve dos bancários: Procon orienta sobre o pagamento de contas

Diante da greve nacional dos bancários, marcada para começar nesta terça-feira (06), os consumidores devem procurar um meio alternativo para quitar as dívidas. Isso porque, a paralisação do atendimento nas agências não exclui a cobrança de juros e multas das contas pagas com atraso, na maioria dos casos.

Para não ser cobrado por eventuais encargos e evitar a inclusão do nome nos serviços de proteção ao crédito, o consumidor poderá utilizar outros canais de atendimento para quitar a dívida, como caixa eletrônico, internet, sede da empresa, depósito bancário identificado, lotéricas e correspondentes bancários.

A diretora-presidente do Procon-ES, Denize Izaita, informa que o consumidor deve esgotar as alternativas para conseguir pagar as contas em dia. “Uma opção é entrar em contato direto com a empresa responsável e se informar sobre as possibilidades existentes. Se um pagamento estava agendado e não foi debitado na data prevista, incidindo em multas e juros, o consumidor deverá registrar uma reclamação e os bancos deverão arcar com o prejuízo”, alerta.

A diretora explica ainda que quem precisar sacar dinheiro diretamente no caixa da agência, deverá entrar em contato por telefone com o banco e solicitar uma alternativa. “Quem não conseguir quitar o débito deve documentar as tentativas e registrar uma reclamação junto aos órgãos de defesa do consumidor”, ressalta.

Algumas opções para pagamento:

Terminais de autoatendimento/caixas eletrônicos/rede Banco 24 Horas: depósitos, pagamentos, saques, transferências, DOCs, retiradas de talões de cheques, etc.;

Bankfones e internet banking: por esses canais é possível realizar quase todos os tipos de operações bancárias;

Serviços de Atendimento ao Cliente (SAC): deverão prestar todas as orientações sobre as formas alternativas de pagamento;

 

Convênios com estabelecimentos comerciais: alguns bancos possuem convênios com lotéricas, Correios, supermercados, onde é possível pagar algumas contas como água e energia. As lojas de departamento também recebem pagamento.
