Crise na Segurança: comércio estima prejuízos de pelo menos R$ 45 milhões por dia

Com a paralisação da Polícia Militar capixaba e o clima de insegurança das ruas, a estimativa é que o comércio do Espírito Santo tenha prejuízos em torno de R$ 45 milhões por dia, com as lojas fechadas. O número não leva em consideração as ocorrências de depredações e assaltos. O levantamento, realizado pela Fecomércio-ES, considera o PIB do comércio do Espírito Santo (IBGE-2014 atualizados pelo IPCA 2016) diário, como o valor máximo que poderia ser perdido pelo comércio em um dia parado e a quantidade de dias úteis perdidos.

Mas o número pode ser ainda maior, já que a sensação de insegurança ainda é grande para o cliente retornar as lojas. Estima-se que o faturamento no mês de fevereiro caia em torno de 30%.

Segundo estimativas, foram cerca de 270 lojas saqueadas ou depredadas até o momento só na Grande Vitória e o prejuízo com as depredações e saques gira em torno de R$ 20 milhões para os comerciantes capixabas. “Tem pequenos lojistas que encerrarão as suas atividades, porque o que tinha estava na loja”, enfatiza o presidente da Fecomércio.

A arrecadação do Estado também poderá despencar, agravando mais ainda a situação que suscitou esta greve.

Lojas mais visadas

As lojas mais visadas pelos bandidos são as que comercializam eletrodomésticos, roupas no estilo surf wear e, mais recentemente, os supermercados também passaram a estar entre os mais atingidos.

Em Vitória-ES, pelo menos 160 lojas fora arrombadas, mas o número pode ser muito maior, já que ainda estão sendo contabilizados os prejuízos nos bairros e alguns comércios continuam sofrendo furtos e depredações.

Já em Cariacica, esse número já passa de 100 estabelecimentos depredados, sendo mais de 30 apenas na Avenida Expedito Garcia. Ainda não há estimativas para Vila Velha, mas foram mais de dez lojas atingidas só na Glória.

Pedido de Socorro

O presidente da Federação do Comércio de Bens, Serviços e Turismo do Estado do Espírito Santo (Fecomércio-ES), José Lino Sepulcri, solicitou ao secretário de segurança do Estado do ES, André Garcia, providências urgentes/urgentíssimas sobre a greve da Polícia Militar, dado que a falta de policiamento ostensivo criou um clima de insegurança e prejuízos para as atividades do comércio e serviços no Estado do Espírito Santo.

O Secretário de Segurança do Estado, em resposta a solicitação, adiantou que estão sendo feitas todas as ações necessárias para se por um fim ao problema, que alterou toda a paz e a ordem social, possibilitando que a sociedade volte a respirar um ar de normalidade.

A Federação do Comércio do ES recomendou aos empresários do comércio que avaliem as possibilidades de abrir ou não abrir os seus estabelecimentos, tendo em vista o clima de insegurança, principalmente na área da Grande Vitória.

Fecomércio-ES vai disponibilizar fundo de R$ 1 milhão em empréstimos sem juros a empresários afetados

A Federação do Comércio e Bens, Serviços e Turismo do Estado do Espírito Santo (Fecomércio-ES) vai  disponibilizar um fundo de  R$ 1 milhão aos lojistas que necessitarem fazer reparos emergenciais nos estabelecimentos que sofreram depredação durante a paralisação da Polícia Militar. “Os casos serão analisados individualmente após a normalização da segurança do estado e não serão cobrados juros e correções no pagamento do crédito. Os empresários terão até 90 dias para quitar o empréstimo”, relata o presidente da Fecomercio-ES, José Lino Sepulcri. A Fecomércio-ES também irá pleitear, junto ao Governo, empréstimo com juros subsidiados para atender aos lojistas, para reposição de seus estoques.

A fim de garantir os seus direitos, a Federação do Comércio de Bens, Serviços e Turismo do Estado do Espírito Santo (Fecomércio-ES) aconselhou a todos os Empresários que tiveram prejuízos materiais por força dos últimos acontecimentos de paralisação  do sistema de Segurança Pública (Polícia Militar),  que registrem Boletins de Ocorrência (BO). Se possível, com fotos ilustrativas das ocorrências, para fortalecer a autenticidade das reclamações  de natureza judicial.
