Quase 300 mil contribuintes acertaram as contas com o Leão no primeiro dia de entrega da Declaração do Imposto de Renda Pessoa Física 2017. Segundo balanço divulgado pela Receita Federal, 287.571 declarações foram recebidas até as 17h de hoje (2), de um total de 28,3 milhões de documentos esperados.
O prazo de entrega começou hoje e vai até as 23h59min59s de 28 de abril. O programa gerador da declaração está disponível no site da Receita Federal para download. A declaração do Imposto de Renda é obrigatória para quem recebeu rendimentos tributáveis superiores a R$ 28.559,70 no ano passado.
Neste ano, a declaração do Imposto de Renda teve uma série de mudanças. As principais são a redução da idade mínima, de 14 para 12 anos, na apresentação de CPF como dependentes, e a incorporação do Receitanet, programa usado para transmitir a declaração, ao programa gerador do documento.
Também precisa declarar o IRPF quem recebeu rendimentos isentos, não tributáveis ou tributados exclusivamente na fonte, cuja soma foi superior a R$ 40 mil; quem obteve, em qualquer mês de 2016, ganho de capital na alienação de bens ou direitos sujeito à incidência de imposto ou realizou operações em bolsas de valores, de mercadorias e de futuros.
Quando se trata de atividade rural, é obrigado a declarar o contribuinte com renda bruta superior a R$ 142.798,50; o que pretenda compensar prejuízos do ano-calendário 2016 ou posteriores; ou que teve, em 31 de dezembro do ano passado, a posse ou propriedade de bens ou direitos, inclusive terra nua, cujo valor total seja superior a R$ 300 mil.
Restituição
A Receita Federal pagará a restituição do IRPF em sete lotes, entre junho e dezembro deste ano. O primeiro lote será pago em 16 de junho, o segundo em 17 de julho e o terceiro em 15 de agosto. O quarto, quinto e sexto lotes serão pagos, respectivamente, em 15 de setembro, 16 de outubro e 16 de novembro. O sétimo e último lote está previsto para ser pago em dezembro.
Ao fazer a declaração, o contribuinte deve indicar a agência e a conta bancária na qual deseja receber a restituição, caso tenha direito. Idosos, pessoas com deficiência física, mental ou doença grave têm prioridade para receber a restituição.
