Programa Adolescente Aprendiz abre inscrições

O Centro de Integração Empresa Escola do Espírito Santo (CIEE-ES), abre inscrições para cadastro de reserva a partir da próxima segunda (03). Os interessados podem se inscrever pelo site do CIEE-ES, até o dia 31 de maio.

Podem se cadastrar, adolescentes entre 14 a 16 anos e 11 meses, no período da inscrição, devem possuir os documentos pessoais, como Carteira de trabalho e CPF (não pode ser protocolo), residir nos municípios da Grande Vitória (Vitória, Serra, Vila Velha, Cariacica e Viana, e ser estudantes de escola pública ou que tenham 100% de bolsa na escola particular, além de possuir renda per capita (por pessoa da família) de até meio salário mínimo.

A gerente de formação e cidadania do CIEE-ES, Roberta Faé, explica que diversos estudantes buscam essa oportunidade para aprimorar seus conhecimentos, sair na frente em oportunidades futuras e obter novas vivências. ,“Muitas vezes, as empresas optam por pessoas em época de formação, para que adquiram experiência na própria companhia e possam ser moldadas de acordo com o perfil necessário. Os aprendizes optam por iniciar no programa de aprendizagem como um pontapé inicial para ingressarem no mercado de trabalho”, ressalta.

Vale ressaltar que o Programa Adolescente Aprendiz se diferencia do estágio, pois é um contrato de trabalho especial; portanto, o aprendiz tem Carteira de Trabalho assinada e todos os benefícios dos demais funcionários registrados, como 13º salário e FGTS.

Sobre o programa O programa, além de contribuir para o desenvolvimento da autonomia e aquisição de novas habilidades, ainda complementa a renda familiar dos adolescentes que possivelmente não teriam a oportunidade de se qualificar para o trabalho se não fosse através da aprendizagem.

Os estudantes inscritos estarão disponíveis no banco de dados do CIEE-ES para encaminhamento às vagas futuras, terão a documentação analisada quando chamados para participação de entrevistas e/ou treinamentos realizados pelo Programa Adolescente Aprendiz, porém as inscrições para cadastro de reserva, como o próprio nome indica, não implica obrigação de convocação ou participação do Programa.

O (a) candidato (a) deverá aguardar contato telefônico do CIEE-ES, pois a abertura de vagas depende da demanda das empresas parcerias.

Adolescente Aprendiz

– Regido pela Lei 10.097/2000

– Contrato de Trabalho regido pela CLT.

– Direitos trabalhistas garantidos pela CLT: férias, 13º, salário mínimo hora, auxílio transporte, FGTS de 2% e benefícios quando houver.

– Contrato contempla módulos teóricos e práticos, sendo ambos remunerados pela empresa contratante.

– Cota obrigatória de contratação de no mínimo 5% e no máximo 15% do total de funcionários, para médias e grandes empresas.

– Formação técnico-profissional metódica, compatível com o desenvolvimento físico, moral e psicológico do adolescente. O estudante deverá estar frequentando a escola regular, em qualquer nível, e as atividades serão compatíveis com o curso de aprendizagem no qual ele estiver matriculado.

– Critério de idade: 14 a 16 anos e 11 meses ( no ato da inscrição)
