arvorismo_repcapQuem estiver interessado em montar um circuito de ecoturismo com implantação de circuito de arvorismo e tirolesa no Parque da Fonte Grande, localizado no maciço central da capital pode participar da concorrência pública aberta pela Prefeitura de Vitória.

O novo edital traz adaptações para tornar mais atraente a implantação do projeto. Diferente do edital anterior, será possível apresentar proposta para implantação do circuito no parque. O interessado poderá optar onde e como fazer esses circuitos – tirolesa e arvorismo.

Mas, entre as opções, existe a indicação para acompanhar as margens de todo o percurso das trilhas do caracol e das cactáceas, com o objetivo de tornar o local mais atrativo para os visitantes.

Assim, por exemplo, enquanto um grupo percorre a pé os trechos das trilhas, sobre suas cabeças estarão demais turistas e visitantes percorrendo os obstáculos de arvorismo, cujo circuito terá, no mínimo, 10 pontos, e até mesmo descendo pela tirolesa.

Ainda de acordo com o edital, não há estipulação de valor mínimo a ser praticado pelo vencedor, podendo a empresa participante da concorrência indicar como será feita a cobrança. A empresa ainda poderá optar em explorar o rapel no morro onde ficam as torres de energia em Jesus de Nazareth.

Vencerá a licitação quem oferecer a melhor proposta técnica e de preço. Podem participar empresas nacionais ou estrangeiras com filial ou sede no País, isoladamente ou consorciadas, que atenderem às disposições do edital. A data de abertura está marcada para o dia 13 de fevereiro, às 14 horas.

“Estamos implantando um novo formato de parceria, na qual a iniciativa privada poderá participar efetivamente das políticas públicas para o turismo da capital”, destacou o secretário municipal de Turismo, Trabalho e Renda, Leonardo Krohling.

Ainda de acordo com o secretário, “com a implementação do projeto, a Prefeitura espera que mais pessoas passem a frequentar o local. Além disso, as comunidades do entorno também vão se beneficiar. Elas serão capacitadas e vão receber informações para atender os visitantes e turistas”.

Ecoturismo

O ecoturismo é o segmento da atividade turística que utiliza, de forma sustentável, o patrimônio natural e incentiva sua conservação, além de buscar a formação de uma consciência ambientalista por meio da interpretação do ambiente, promovendo o bem-estar comunitário.

“Segundo a Organização Mundial do Turismo (OMT), o ecoturismo é um dos segmentos da cadeia que mais crescem no mundo. O seu impacto econômico local é tão representativo que países como a Costa Rica, o Canadá e a Nova Zelândia investem nessa atividade como segmento prioritário. Além disso, o impacto sociocultural é relevante, pois uma das características é envolver as comunidades locais sem alterar seu modo de vida”, enfatizou o subsecretário de Turismo, Felipe Ramaldes.

Para estimular ainda mais o turismo e a contemplação do local, a prática do ciclismo foi liberada no parque neste ano. A atividade, que está regulamentada no decreto nº 16.605, pode ser realizada exclusivamente na estrada Tião Sá e na estrada projetada de Fradinhos.

  200. When I initially commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added”
    checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four emails with the same comment.
    Is there any way you can remove me from that service? Bless you!
