PM começa processo de expulsão de aquartelados

A Polícia Militar do Espírito Santo informou no Diário Oficial desta terça (14) a instauração dos primeiros inquéritos policiais militares (IPMs) e de procedimentos demissionários dos envolvidos no aquartelamento dos agentes. A paralisação dos policiais começou há dez dias.

Estão publicados os IPMs de dois tenentes-coronéis, um major, e um capitão da reserva remunerada. Essas publicações são os primeiros inquéritos instaurados de 703 policiais investigados.

Na sexta-feira (10), a Polícia Militar anunciou o indiciamento de 703 agentes pelo crime de revolta. Se condenados, a pena é de 8 a 20 anos de detenção em presídio militar e a expulsão da corporação. O secretário de Segurança Pública, André Garcia, informou que eles foram indiciados pelo crime militar de revolta por estarem armados e aquartelados nos batalhões.lista-pm-gvnews

A primeira lista está dividida em três grupos. Os policiais com menos de 10 anos de trabalho vão sofrer o chamado Procedimento Administrativo Disciplinar Rito Ordinário (PAD RO). Já os que estão na corporação há mais de uma década vão ser submetido ao Conselho de Disciplina.

Além disso, serão submetidos a Inquérito Policial Militar os tenentes-coronéis Alexandre Quintino Moreira e Carlos Alberto Foresti, além do major Fabrício Dutra Correa e o capitão da reserva Lucinio Castelo de Assumção, mais conhecido como “Capitão Assumção”, que é ex-deputado federal e foi candidato a vereador de Vitória, na eleição de 2016, mas perdeu o pleito. Os procedimentos têm prazo inicial de 30 dias para serem concluídos. Período em que vão ser avaliadas as provas apresentadas pela corporação. Ao final desse prazo, alguns militares podem perder a farda.

Todos são investigados por envolvimento no aquartelamento que teve início no último dia 3, quando as famílias começaram a ocupar os acessos aos batalhões e unidades da PM, impedindo a saída das viaturas. Com isso, a violência tomou conta das ruas das cidades capixabas, o que resultou em 145 homicídios até a tarde desta segunda (13).
