Começa nesta segunda (9) o período de efetivação de matrículas novas no ano letivo de 2017 nas 52 Escolas Municipais de Ensino Fundamental (Emefs) para os alunos cadastrados no Sistema de Gestão Escolar (SGE). A matrícula vai até o dia 27 de janeiro.
Serão ofertadas cerca de 3.717 vagas do 1º ao 9º anos. Na modalidade Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA), são 1.810 vagas para alunos com mais de 15 anos, conforme a portaria Seme 001/2017, que regulamenta o processo de matrícula no ensino fundamental e traz o quadro de vagas por série e por unidade de ensino. O ano letivo de todas as Emefs começa no dia 6 de fevereiro.
As famílias cadastradas no sistema serão convocadas pela própria Emef para efetivação da matrícula. A convocação será de acordo com a posição na lista de cadastro para solicitação de vagas existentes no sistema atualmente.
Conforme a portaria 080/2015, que normatiza o processo de cadastramento eletrônico unificado e de matrículas nas Emefs, a convocação das famílias só será encerrada quando todas as vagas disponíveis forem preenchidas ou não existirem mais solicitações de vagas.
Cabe à direção das Emefs e às respectivas secretarias escolares realizar o cadastramento eletrônico unificado. Além disso, o encaminhamento da matrícula é feito de acordo com o endereço apresentado pela família, onde houver disponibilidade de vaga.
Documentos
Para a efetivação da matrícula, basta o responsável pelo aluno comparecer à unidade de ensino com os documentos originais em mãos: documento de identificação do pai/mãe ou responsável, comprovante de residência, documento de identificação do estudante, histórico ou declaração escolar e laudo médico para os/as estudantes com deficiências e/ou transtornos globais do desenvolvimento.
Solicitação de vagas
A qualquer momento, as famílias podem solicitar vaga para o aluno que ainda não faz parte da rede pública de ensino de Vitória. Basta comparecer à secretaria escolar da Emef mais próxima e indicar a/as unidade/s de preferência.
