Até sexta (06) pessoas com dívidas com bancos, instituições financeiras e lojas podem procurar o Procon para negociar seus débitos. O terceiro Mutirão de Negociação de Dívidas reúne empresas e devedores para que busquem, juntos, um entendimento que permita o pagamento. Nesta segunda, primeiro dia de ação, 890 consumidores foram atendidos no Ginásio Poliesportivo Presidente João Goulart (Tartarugão), localizado na Avenida Perimetral, em Coqueiral de Itaparica.
O total das dívidas dos consumidores que participaram do mutirão foi superior a R$ 1,2 milhões. Desse total, foram negociados mais de meio milhão, com economia de mais de R$ 680 mil reais do saldo devedor, representando uma redução média de 55,46% no valor da dívida.
A distribuição das senhas para o primeiro dia tiveram início às 8 horas e transcorreu com tranquilidade. “Os consumidores de qualquer município serão muito bem vindos e poderão buscar o atendimento do mutirão”, ressaltou a diretora-presidente do Procon-ES, Denize Izaita.
A diretora informou ainda, o perfil o consumidor participante. “O Espírito Santo possui quase 600 mil inadimplentes. Nove de cada dez consumidores ouvidos aqui no ginásio relataram desemprego”.
O presidente do Conselho Regional de Economia, Eduardo Araújo, explicou a importância desse tipo de iniciativa e de se trabalhar a educação financeira na vida das pessoas, desde a educação infantil. “O problema é muito maior do que conseguimos dimensionar. Sentimos a necessidade de que seja ofertada a educação financeira nas escolas, desde o ensino fundamental, para que as crianças aprendam desde cedo a controlar os gastos. O consumidor precisa se programar para fazer uma poupança de pelo menos 30% daquilo que recebe”.
Para ser atendido, o consumidor deve possuir uma dívida de pelo menos 60 dias de atraso com alguma das empresas participantes e deverá comparecer ao local do evento portando os seus documentos pessoais (CPF e Carteira de Identidade), comprovante de residência e de renda.
Estão participando do mutirão a EDP, Cesan, Dacasa Financeira, Avista, Banestes, Banco do Brasil, Bradesco, Caixa Econômica Federal, Grupo América Móvil (Net e Claro), Oi/Telemar e CDL Vila Velha. O Conselho Regional de Economia estará presente auxiliando os consumidores com o planejamento do orçamento doméstico. Atitude essencial para quem deseja quitar as dívidas e limpar o nome.
Informações importantes
– Para ser atendido, o consumidor deverá levar Carteira de Identidade, CPF, comprovante de residência e renda.
– Somente o titular poderá negociar a dívida, que deve ter pelo menos 60 dias de atraso.
– Pessoa jurídica não será atendida no mutirão.
– As senhas estarão atreladas ao CPF do consumidor. Portanto, a pessoa que pegar a senha deverá ser a mesma que receberá atendimento. Senhas rasuradas serão descartadas.
– Os descontos e opções de parcelamento podem variar de acordo com o tipo de dívida, atraso e perfil do consumidor.
– 15% das senhas estão destinadas para o atendimento preferencial: idosos com 60 anos ou mais, gestantes em adiantado estado de gravidez, portadores de necessidades especiais e pessoas com criança de colo.
– A Caixa Econômica Federal não vai negociar dívidas de cartão de crédito.
– O Banco do Brasil não vai negociar dívidas de financiamento imobiliário, de veículos, rural e FIES.
– O Banco Bradesco vai negociar dívidas de cartão de crédito, seguros, crédito consignado e financiamento de veículos.
