Estado muda educação de jovens e adultos: modalidade será semipresencial

educacao-de-adultos-repcapCom o intuito de inovar e facilitar o atendimento educacional aos jovens e adultos de todo o Estado, a Secretaria de Estado da Educação (Sedu), implantará, a partir de 2017, a modalidade semipresencial. Nesse formato, os estudantes terão aulas presenciais as terças, quartas e quintas-feiras, além de contar com reforço de uma plataforma digital.

“A Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA) agora passará a ser híbrida, trazendo mais flexibilidade para que o aluno possa concluir os estudos. Essa é uma modalidade na qual muitos estudantes já são trabalhadores e conciliam trabalho e estudo. Há um índice elevado de abandono e reprovação na EJA. Nosso objetivo maior é facilitar a vida do cidadão, para que ele possa ter melhores condições de cumprir com as suas obrigações”, destacou o secretário de Educação, Haroldo Rocha.

Além da modalidade EJA semipresencial, o secretário também anunciou mais uma novidade. É que sete municípios do Estado passarão a contar com Núcleos Estaduais de Educação de Jovens e Adultos (Neeja), além das quatro cidades que já contam Centro Estadual de Educação de Jovens e Adultos (Ceeja).

“Vamos contar com 11 unidades de atendimento à Educação de Jovens e Adultos levando para mais próximo dos estudantes essa oportunidade. Com uma melhor oferta, compatível com a realidade das pessoas, também estamos levando a tecnologia para agregar conhecimento. Precisamos usar as ferramentas tecnológicas para aprender e se capacitar. As escolas precisam fazer essa evolução, facilitando a aprendizagem dos alunos”, ressaltou Haroldo.

EJA semipresencial

A partir de 2017, a modalidade de ensino para Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA) passará a ser semipresencial. A carga horária será de 12 aulas presenciais (semanais) que ocorrerá na terça, quarta e quinta-feira.

Os professores das disciplinas, exceto educação física, encaminharão atividades a serem executadas nas 2ª e 6ª feiras para que os alunos no tempo não presencial possam fazer exercícios de fixação dos conteúdos dados, reforço, pesquisa, produções, etc.

Além disso, o professor terá como apoio didático a coleção de livros específicos, a plataforma Sedu Digit@l, a plataforma Currículo Interativo, entre outros, a fim de subsidiar seu planejamento e avaliação.

O horário da oferta dos cursos da modalidade da Educação de Jovens e Adultos, na forma semipresencial, continuará o mesmo do já praticado nos anos anteriores, nas escolas que ofertam EJA.

Para se matricular, o interessado deve realizar a pré-matrícula, de 26 de dezembro a 06 de janeiro, no site da Sedu – www.educacao.es.gov.br, no banner Chamada Pública Escolar 2017.

Mais oportunidades – Ceeja/Neeja

Atualmente, existem quatro Centros Estaduais de Educação de Jovens e Adultos (Ceejas) no Estado: Vitória, Linhares, Colatina e Cachoeiro de Itapemirim.

Nos Ceejas, o atendimento é individual e personalizado, utilizando módulos. O aluno pode começar em qualquer época do ano, com liberdade no período da matrícula e não tendo obrigatoriedade de frequência diária. Ele se matricula de acordo com seu plano de estudo, elaborado pelo CEEJA, baseado nos documentos que o aluno apresenta buscando a certificação.

E para ampliar as oportunidades em todo o Estado, foi criado um Ceeja em menor escala, que será instalado dentro das escolas estaduais: Núcleo Estadual de Educação de Jovens e Adultos (Neeja), expandindo a modalidade para mais sete municípios: Afonso Cláudio (Escola Estadual Afonso Cláudio), Alegre (Escola Estadual Prof. Lellis), Cariacica (Escola Estadual Prof.ª Maria de Lourdes Silva Santos), Governador Lindenberg (Escola Estadual Escola Governador Lindenberg), Nova Venécia (Escola Estadual Dom Daniel Comboni), São Mateus (Escola Estadual Dr. Emílio Roberto Zanotti) e Vila Velha (Escola Estadual Agenor de Souza Lé).

Esse novo modelo vai atender nos mesmos moldes e materiais do Ceeja, além de incluir a plataforma digital. Para os estudantes que não possuem internet ou habilidades com a tecnologia será ofertado material impresso.

Mais tecnologia no dia a dia dos estudantes

A partir de 2017, os estudantes dos Ceejas/Neeejas contarão com uma plataforma (parceria com Governo do Rio de Janeiro – CECIERJ) abrangendo matrícula online, organização de documentação escolar, material didático, vídeos, sala de aula online, atendimentos online e presencial, publicações dos professores e resultados das avaliações. Somente as avaliações (provas) serão realizadas presencialmente.

O estudante fará a matrícula online para a unidade na qual optar realizar os estudos. Ele terá o prazo de 10 dias para ir até a escola e efetivar a matrícula. Depois de iniciado o curso, se o estudante se ausentar por dois meses (sem utilizar a plataforma e sem comparecer a nenhum atendimento presencial) ele terá a matrícula cancelada.

Dentre as inovações propostas, está a implementação de ambiente virtual de aprendizagem desenvolvido em plataforma Moodle – Ceeja virtual. Esse é um ambiente virtual customizado para público da EJA e com linguagem dialógica adaptada ao estudo autônomo.

Além disso, além do acesso à versão digital do material didático e outros conteúdos complementares, haverá também a padronização do material didático: fascículos digitais e impressos. Tudo isso com uma linguagem voltada para educação a distância, com um recorte de conteúdo voltado para público EJA, pautado no desenvolvimento de Competências e Habilidades.
