Comissão especial da Câmara aprova relatório da reforma trabalhista

A comissão especial criada para analisar a reforma trabalhista na Câmara dos Deputados aprovou nesta terça (25) o parecer do deputado Rogério Marinho (PSDB-RN). O relatório foi aprovado por 27 votos a 10 e nenhuma abstenção, com ressalvas aos destaques incluídos no relatório durante a discussão.

Entre os partidos que têm representação na comissão especial, PT, PDT, PCdoB, PSOL, PSB, PEN e a liderança da minoria orientaram voto contra o parecer do relator Marinho. Para a oposição, a proposta retira direitos dos trabalhadores e precisa ser mais discutida. Para os governistas, a proposta já foi amplamente debatida e contribuirá para modernizar as relações de trabalho e estimular a geração de empregos.

O Projeto de Lei (PL) 6.787/2016, que altera diversos pontos da Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho (CLT) tramita em regime de urgência e agora segue para análise do plenário da Câmara. Segundo o presidente da Casa, Rodrigo Maia (DEM-RJ), a matéria será colocada em pauta para votação amanhã (26).

A reunião de apreciação do relatório começou por volta das 11h30 e durou mais de seis horas, com embate entre parlamentares da base aliada ao governo e da oposição. Tentando adiantar a votação, as lideranças governistas conseguiram aprovar um pedido de encerramento da discussão. Do total de 45 oradores inscritos para debater a matéria, apenas seis expuseram seus argumentos sobre o relatório. Houve reação da bancada oposicionista, que já tinha se manifestado no início da reunião pela prorrogação dos trabalhos da comissão.

Alterações

Depois de apresentar o relatório com nova redação, Rogério Marinho acatou oralmente algumas alterações sugeridas por parlamentares, entre as quais a proibição de que o pagamento de benefícios, diárias ou prêmios possam alterar a remuneração principal do empregado e a inclusão de emenda que prevê sanções a empregadores que cometerem assédio moral ou sexual.

Marinho disse que, após a votação, vai se reunir com integrantes da bancada feminina para definir acordo sobre mais alterações em torno de alguns pontos, em especial o que trata do trabalho de mulheres grávidas e lactantes em ambientes insalubres.

O texto consolidado com todas as mudanças incorporadas ainda não foi divulgado. A oposição ainda tenta votar os destaques em separado antes do início da ordem do dia no plenário. O relator disse que poderá fazer mudanças até o momento da votação em plenário, prevista para esta quarta (26).

Como se trata de um projeto de lei, para ser aprovado em plenário, basta o apoio da maioria simples dos deputados presentes na sessão. Se aprovada, a proposta seguirá para o Senado.
