Capitais registram greve de categorias e protestos nesta sexta-feira

Em várias cidades do país, trabalhadores de diversas categorias participam nesta sexta (28) da greve geral convocada pelas centrais sindicais, em protesto contra as reformas trabalhista e da Previdência. Na maioria das cidades, o transporte público – metrô e ônibus – não funcionou e as escolas e agências bancárias estão fechadas. Os manifestantes protestam com bloqueios de vias e rodovias.

São Paulo

Ônibus, trens e a maioria das linhas de metrô estão paradas. Apenas um pequeno trecho da malha metroviária paulistana, a Linha 4 Amarela, que liga a Luz, na área central, até o Butantã, na zona oeste, funcionou durante a manhã. Os serviços do Metrô e da Companhia Paulista de Trens Metropolitanos (CPTM) voltaram a funcionar parcialmente na capital paulista no início da tarde,

O comércio está funcionando na cidade. E algumas das principais vias da cidade estão bloqueadas por atos de protestos.

As linhas de ônibus urbanos também estão paralisadas e apenas pequenos ônibus coletivos fazem percursos curtos dentro dos bairros periféricos. Na zona sul da capital paulista, diversos passageiros se reuniram no terminal do Grajaú, que não tem ônibus. O mesmo ocorreu na estação Corinthians Itaquera onde os trens do metrô não circularam.

Grupos de manifestantes bloquearam vias da capital paulista, formando barricadas com pneus, que foram queimados. Policiais da tropa de choque da Polícia Militar e bombeiros apagaram focos de incêndio. Alguns pontos da cidade que ficaram bloqueados foram a Avenida 23 de Maio, uma das principais ligações entre o centro e a zona sul, a Avenida Tiradentes, que une a área central à zona norte, e também a Marginal do Tietê na altura do Terminal Rodoviário, além da Avenida Ipiranga, no centro.

Houve bloqueio também no Km 15 da Rodovia Anhanguera e o trânsito foi interrompido. Houve confronto entre policiais e manifestantes. A PM usou bombas de efeito moral e balas de borracha para dispersar a manifestação.  Os aeroportos de Congonhas e de Guarulhos funcionaram normalmente e não houve interrupção dos voos.

Pelo menos 16 pessoas foram presas até as 10h na capital paulista, segundo a Secretaria de Segurança Pública (SSP) por vários motivos – desde agressão a policiais a atos de vandalismo nas manifestações.

Rio de Janeiro

Manifestantes bloqueiam várias vias da cidade. Segundo o Centro de Operações da prefeitura, há bloqueios na Avenida Radial Oeste, Linha Vermelha, Avenida Dom João VI, Avenida Abelardo Bueno, Via Expressa do Porto e Túnel Marcello Alencar. A cidade do Rio de Janeiro entrou em estágio de atenção às 6h50 por causa dos bloqueios no tráfego.

Manifestantes saíram do Largo do Machado em direção ao Palácio Guanabara, em Laranjeiras, sede do governo estadual, para participar de um ato liderado pelo Movimento Unificado dos Servidores Públicos do Rio (Muspe). Eles protestam contra a crise financeira no estado, que tem reflexos na prestação dos serviços essenciais à população e atraso no pagamento do salário dos servidores públicos.

Trens e metrô operam normalmente. Os ônibus urbanos funcionam parcialmente, mas segundo a concessionária Rio Ônibus, o sindicato das empresas de ônibus, a maior parte da frota está nas ruas. Os serviços de BRT de ônibus expressos, como a Transcarioca, a Transoeste e a Transolímpica, também estão funcionando. A concessionária informou que a operação ficou irregular em alguns momentos devido às manifestações.

Sobre o Veículo Leve sobre Trilhos (VLT), a circulação na Linha 1, que faz ligação entre a Rodoviária Novo Rio e o Aeroporto Santos Dumont, está parcialmente interrompida e os bondes circulam apenas entre a rodoviária e a parada dos museus, na Praça Mauá, zona portuária da cidade.  A Linha 2, que faz o trajeto Saara – Praça Quinze, não está operando.

As barcas que fazem a travessia da Baía de Guanabara funcionam parcialmente, devido à um protesto na estação Praça Araribóia, em Niterói. Com isso, o serviço de barcas tradicional, que faz a ligação entre Rio e Niterói, não está operando. Já o serviço expresso feito com os catamarãs, que circulam mais rápido na travessia da Baía de Guanabara, com um preço mais alto, estão funcionando.

A situação na Ponte Rio-Niterói já está normalizada. Mais cedo, manifestantes bloquearam a pista no sentido Rio, pouco depois das 6h. A via ficou totalmente interditada por cerca de uma hora e meia e o tráfego foi normalizado por volta das 8h. No momento, o trânsito é intenso na via. A travessia no sentido Rio é feita em 40 minutos, três vezes mais que o normal, devido a bloqueios em vias da zona portuária da capital.

Na Rodoviária Novo Rio, houve enfrentamento entre a tropa de choque da Polícia Militar e manifestantes, que bloquearam a via expressa do Porto do Rio. Para dispersar os manifestantes, a Polícia Militar usou bombas de efeito moral. Os manifestantes reagiram, atirando pedras e quebraram o vidro traseiro de uma patrulha da PM. Em seguida, a manifestação fechou o acesso junto ao antigo Gasômetro, evitando a passagem dos motoristas em direção à Avenida Francisco Bicalho. O bloqueio foi rápido e a tropa de choque da Polícia Militar dispersou os manifestantes.

As agências bancárias no centro da cidade do Rio de Janeiro estão com as portas fechadas nesta sexta-feira (28). Na Avenida Rio Branco, que tem a maior concentração de agências bancárias na cidade, todas as 27 agências visitadas pela reportagem estavam fechadas.

Cerca de um terço dessas agências estava aberto apenas para uso dos caixas eletrônicos. A maioria estava fechada com grades ou com tapumes e, muitas delas, com grevistas parados em frente às agências.

Segundo o Sindicato dos Bancários, no centro da cidade a adesão à greve é total.

Brasília

Na capital federal, as vias de acesso ao Aeroporto Internacional Juscelino Kubitschek chegaram a ficar bloqueadas por manifestantes, mas já estão liberadas e o tráfego flui sem problemas. As pistas foram bloqueadas nos dois sentidos por volta das 5h30. Os manifestantes fizeram barreiras, com pneus em chamas. A Polícia Militar chegou a interditar os acessos às pistas até que os bloqueios fossem retirados.

A Inframerica, empresa concessionária que administra o terminal, informou, por meio de comunicado publicado na internet, que, apesar da paralisação, o terminal está operando, mas que podem ocorrer atrasos nos voos. A empresa aconselha aos passageiros consultarem a situação de seus voos com as companhias aéreas antes de se deslocar para o aeroporto. A Inframerica informa ainda que dos 26 voos previstos para o período da 0h às 6h, quatro voos sofreram atrasos acima de 30 minutos e dois foram cancelados.

Os ônibus e o metrô continuam parados. Os rodoviários e metroviários aderiram à greve e vão paralisar por 24 horas. Passageiros estão usando o transporte alternativo, como vans, táxis e veículos particulares para ir ao trabalho.

No Congresso Nacional, a segurança foi reforçada. As visitas guiadas à dependências da Câmara e do Senado estão suspensas há uma semana e continuam proibidas por tempo indeterminado. Desde à meia-noite, o acesso de carro à Esplanada dos Ministérios está fechado. Sé é possível chegar à região a pé ou por vias auxiliares.

Além do gramado em frente ao Congresso Nacional, o Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) e o Ministério das Relações Exteriores foram cercados por grades. Muitos ministérios estão com parte das fachadas coberta por tapumes. A Secretaria de Cultura do Distrito Federal informou que a Biblioteca Nacional, o Museu da República, o Centro Cultural Três Poderes e o Memorial dos Povos Indígenas, que ficam na Esplanada, também não abrirão hoje por causa dos protestos.

O governo do Distrito Federal não informou quantos policiais militares atuarão no reforço da segurança, mas muitos do serviço administrativo podem ser acionados para atuar nas principais vias do DF, juntamente com o Batalhão de Choque, a Cavalaria e a Rotam (Rondas Ostensivas Táticas Motorizadas). A expectativa é de que ainda hoje, pelo menos 10 mil passem pelo local. Para evitar tumulto, dois cordões de revista pessoal serão montados pela PM nos acessos à Esplanada pela rodoviária do Plano Piloto e pelos anexos dos ministérios. Não será permitido chegar ao local com cabos de bandeiras, sprays, objetos perfurantes ou cortantes, flechas e garrafas de vidro.

O esquema montado para hoje prevê ainda equipes do Batalhão de Trânsito e do Corpo de Bombeiros na área central da capital federal para atender a emergências.

Paraná

Manifestantes bloquearam rodovias federais no estado. Segundo a Polícia Federal (PRF), na BR 277, em São José dos Pinhais, um grupo de pessoas fez um bloqueio, no km 69, nas imediações da fábrica da Renault, prejudicando o tráfego de veículos.

Em Araucária, a BR 476 foi bloqueada por volta das 8h30 na altura do km 150, em frente à refinaria da Petrobras, causando um engarrafamento de dois quilômetros. Em Mauá da Serra, na BR-376, o bloqueio ocorre no km 295, em frente ao Posto Bambu. Outra interdição ocorre no km 406 da BR-158, em Laranjeiras do Sul. Segundo a PRF, cerca de 200 manifestantes sem terra estão no local.

O transporte público foi interrompido nas maiores cidades do Paraná. Em Curitiba, exames e consultas no Hospital de Clínicas foram cancelados.

Manifestantes marcharam para em direção ao centro cívico, onde fica a sede dos três Poderes. De acordo com a PM, 5 mil pessoas participam do ato. A Força Sindical no estado estima em 20 mil participantes.

Santa Catarina

A BR-116 está com o tráfego interrompido no Km 184, na junção com a BR-470, no município de São Cristóvão do Sul.

De acordo com a concessionária que administra a rodovia, cerca de 500 pessoas, que chegaram em 12 ônibus, bloqueiam a pista.

A previsão dos manifestantes é desobstruir a rodovia por volta das 15h. As equipes da concessionária e a Polícia Rodoviária Federal estão no local orientando o fluxo de veículos.

Porto Velho

Porto Velho está sem ônibus e com escolas e bancos fechados por causa da greve geral. Os manifestantes vão se concentrar na Praça das Três Caixas D’água.

Recife

Na capital pernambucana e na região metropolitana, os ônibus não estão circulando desde o início da manhã.

O Tribunal Regional do Trabalho (TRT) determinou que 30% da frote circule. Os sindicatos dos rodoviários podem ser multados em R$ 100 mil caso a decisão não seja cumprida.

Foram registrados protestos nas BR 232 e 101, que fecharam parte das rodovias. Escolas, agências bancárias, comércio e mercados públicos não abriram.

O aeroporto e as delegacias de plantão da Polícia Civil estão funcionando.
