Brasil vence o Paraguai e garante classificação para a Copa na Rússia

Com a vitória da Seleção Brasileira – 3 a 0 – contra o Paraguai e a derrota do Uruguai – 2 a 1 – diante do Peru, o Brasil está agora com 33 pontos na tabela de classificação para a Copa do Mundo de 2018, na Rússia, garantindo com quatro rodadas de antecipação a vaga para a competição.

O jogo no Estádio do Corinthians, em Itaquera, bairro da zona leste de São Paulo, começou com o Paraguai marcando forte no campo do time brasileiro, que pacientemente tocava a bola, buscando a melhor oportunidade para atacar, o que aconteceu aos 33 minutos do primeiro tempo, quando Philippe Coutinho fez uma jogada individual pelo lado esquerdo, tabelou com Paulinho e tocou no canto direito do goleiro Antony Silva, marcando 1×0 para o Brasil.

Na segunda etapa, a Seleção voltou com Neymar se movimentando mais no ataque, conseguindo superar seus marcadoress com dribles. Numa dessas jogadas, o camisa 10 da seleção recebeu a bola no lado esquerdo, ainda no campo de defesa do Brasil, passou por dois paraguaios e, ao entrar na área, tocou para o gol, a bola ainda desviou num jogador de defesa do Paraguai e enganou goleiro, fazendo 2 x 0.

O terceiro gol brasileiro foi fruto de uma jogada pelo lado esquerdo, em que Marcelo, Philippe Coutinho e Paulinho tabelaram em velocidade, superando os defensores paraguaios, com Marcelo recebendo a bola na frente do goleiro Antony Silva, que nada pôde fazer, quando o lateral esquerdo brasileiro tocou a bola por cima dele.

O jogo terminou com a torcida, na Arena Corinthians, gritando o nome do treinador brasileiro e Tite agradecendo o apoio dos torcedores. Os jogadores se abraçavam em campo e acenavam para as arquibancadas. Tite soube da classificação para a Copa do Mundo quando dava entrevista para a imprensa, ao saber da vitória do Peru sobre o Uruguai. Ele agradeceu a Deus.
