Bombeiros resgatam mais dois corpos de avião que caiu em Paraty

Teori_ZavasckiO Corpo de Bombeiros resgatou os últimos dois corpos que estavam presos à fuselagem do avião que caiu na tarde desta quinta (19) no litoral de Paraty, no sul fluminense. De acordo com os bombeiros, um homem e uma mulher foram retirados na manhã desta sexta (20) dos destroços submersos do avião pelas equipes de resgate.

As outras três vítimas do acidente, que também estavam no avião, entre elas o ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) Teori Zavascki, já haviam sido resgatadas no início da madrugada de hoje e levadas para o Instituto Médico Legal do município vizinho de Angra dos Reis.

O Ministério Público Federal e a Polícia Federal estão investigando o acidente. A Procuradoria da República em Angra dos Reis abriu inquérito para investigar as causas do acidente e já pediu documentos à Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil (Anac)  e à Aeronáutica, relativos à manutenção da aeronave, e também as gravações das conversas entre o piloto e a torre de controle do aeroporto de Paraty. Os agentes e procuradores estão colhendo depoimentos de testemunhas.

Velória de Teori será em Porto Alegre

O velório do ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal Teori Zavascki deve ser realizado em Porto Alegre. Segundo assessores próximos da presidente do STF, Cármen Lúcia, a ministra informou que irá respeitar a vontade da família para que a cerimônia ocorra na capital gaúcha e não na sede do Supremo, em Brasília. Cármen Lúcia estava em Belo Horizonte quando foi informada sobre a morte de Teori e deve voltar a Brasília ainda hoje em avião da Força Aérea Brasileira.

Segundo assessores próximos à ministra Cármen Lúcia, apesar de sóbria, a presidente está bastante abalada com a confirmação da morte de Teori, um dos colegas do qual era mais próxima. Os dois se falavam diversas vezes ao dia e mantinham uma relação de amigos, segundo pessoas que trabalham nos gabinetes dos ministros.
