O domingo (12) será de muita cultura em Vila Velha. Em sua 3ª edição, o Rua das Artes toma a Prainha com o tema “Homero Massena”. O evento acontece na Rua Luiza Grinalda (Rua do Convento), das 9 às 18h.
A edição deste mês homenageia um importante escritor e pintor que escolheu o Espírito Santo para viver. Homero Massena é responsável por pinturas espalhadas por todo o mundo, incluindo as paredes da sua casa, localizada na Prainha. O local funciona hoje como Museu.
Além das homenagens a Homero Massena, a Rua das Artes terá contação de histórias, troca de livro e gibis. O evento conta ainda com chorinho com o grupo “Samba na Cumbuca”. Toda edição conta com um artista convidado, desta vez quem participa é Gabi King, de Vitória.
A Rua das Artes é composta por artesões e artistas plásticos de Vila Velha. O evento é focado no desenvolvimento do turismo religioso e propagação da cultura capixaba. O objetivo do encontro é potencializar o turismo aos pés do Convento da Penha, ampliar os atrativos para os turistas em Vila Velha, disseminar a arte e proporcionar a valorização dos artistas locais.
O evento é uma idealização dos artistas locais, em parceira com o Serviço Brasileiro de Apoio às Micros e Pequenas Empresas (Sebrae), Prefeitura de Vila Velha e Secretaria de Estado do Turismo (Setur).
