O Índice Geral de Preços do Mercado (IGP-M) recuou 0,67%, em junho ante uma queda de 0,93%, em maio, e uma alta de 1,69% em igual período do ano passado. Com esse resultado, houve deflação tanto no acumulado do ano (-1,95%) quanto nos últimos 12 meses (-0,78%). Esta última variação é a que serve de base de cálculo entre outros do reajuste do aluguel residencial.
O levantamento é feito pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Economia da Fundação Getulio Vargas (Ibre/FGV) e se refere às oscilações de preços coletados entre os dias 21 de maio e 20 deste mês. O índice é usado no reajuste dos contratos de aluguel.
A queda do IGP-M refletiu, principalmente, o recuo de preços no setor atacadista medido pelo Índice de Preços ao Produtor Amplo (IPA) (-1,22%). Um dos subgrupos que ajudaram a puxar para baixo a taxa foi o de combustíveis e lubrificantes para a produção, que passou de 0,7% para -0,69%.
Também no grupo matérias-primas, foi constatada redução de 3,63%, como efeito do movimento no mercado internacional dos preços das commodities (cotação internacional de produtos primários que podem ser estocados), embora alguns itens estejam em processo de recuperação. É o caso do minério de ferro (de -18,20% para -11,19%), da cana-de-açúcar (de -3,86% para -2,88%) e café em grãos (de -4,32% para -0,89%).
Já os bovinos caíram de 0,33% para -3,01%; a soja em grão saiu de um alta de 3,25% para 1,88% e leite in natura, de 0,93% para -0,38%.
Outro componente do IGP-M em baixa foi o Índice de Preços ao Consumidor (IPC), de 0,29% para -0,08%.
A pressão positiva no período foi exercida pelo Índice Nacional de Custo da Construção (INCC) que passou de 0,13% para 1,36%, sob o impacto, principalmente, do custo dos salários. A mão de obra subiu de 0,27% para 2,48%, enquanto materiais, equipamentos e serviços aumentaram 0,02%, ante um recuo de 0,04%.
