Índice de Confiança da Indústria fica estável entre março e abril

A prévia de abril do Índice de Confiança da Indústria (ICI) ficou em 90,8 pontos, 0,1 ponto acima do resultado de março. Segundo a Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), os números mostram uma estabilidade do indicador, que é medido em uma escala de zero a 200 pontos.

Caso a prévia seja confirmada no resultado fim de abril,  será o maior nível do índice desde maio de 2014 (92,2 pontos).

A prévia aponta para uma piora da avaliação dos empresários da indústria em relação ao momento atual. O Índice da Situação Atual caiu 0,3 ponto e chegou a 88,2 pontos. No entanto, os empresários estão mais confiantes em relação ao futuro, de acordo com a prévia. O Índice de Expectativas subiu 0,5 ponto e atingiu 93,6 pontos.

O Nível de Utilização da Capacidade Instalada da Indústria  também permaneceu estável na prévia de abril (74,4%), um patamar ainda baixo em termos históricos. Para a prévia de abril, foram consultadas 783 empresas entre os dias 3 e 20 deste mês. O resultado final da pesquisa será divulgado na próxima sexta-feira.
