deste ano assumiu o controle operacional dos órgãos de segurança pública do Espírito Santo. O decreto foi publicado no Diário Oficial do Espírito Santo nesta quarta-feira (08), assinado pelo governador em exercício, César Colnago, e pelo secretário de Estado de Segurança Pública, André Garcia.
